Deep tissue massage is a technique mainly used to treat sprains, strains, sports injuries and over-excessive use of muscles. It  involves applying sustained and slow deep strokes to the muscle and connective tissue. ​(Includes heated scraper and cold stones)

Prenatal massage is a therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. The expectant mother will lie on her side propped with pillows to enable comfort for mother and child.
During a prenatal massage session long strokes are used to promote relaxation and ease tension. (essential oil included as preferred)

Fascia blasting massage 60 min. $115, 90 min. $155

This service incorporates the fascia blasting tool by Ashley Black. The massage begins with hands-on therapy work and incorporates the tool as needed on the back, arms, glutes and legs. This session is highly recommended for athletes and individuals putting their body through repeated strenuous activity- resulting in the fascia to be extremely tight. With the incorporation of hands-on technique and the fascia blasting tool, this massage helps your muscles perform at optimal levels.

Cupping massage 60 min. $115, 90 min. $155

​This therapeutic service includes the use of silicone massage cups. The suction will feel tight at first while it draws your skin up into the cup, then passes quickly as your therapist moves on to place the next cup. The movements can be stationary for tight spots or have a gliding movement for a relaxing effect. This session is highly recommended for shoulder joint, knee joint and hip joint problems but can also be incorporated anywhere on the body. Massage cupping can benefit anyone with overuse or lack of muscle use as the cups help manage inflammation, bring increased blood flow to the area and give a deep sense of relaxation and well-being.

Gua Sha massage 60 min. $115, 90 min. $155

This service incorporates the use of “Gua Sha”, a traditional Chinese medicine in which the skin on the back, neck, shoulders, buttocks and or limbs is lubricated then pressure scraped in strokes with a round edged instrument. The therapist uses a stainless steel Gua Sha tool where the metal base stays cool to help calm and de-puff the skin while the muscles are being worked. The session is highly recommended for anyone with super tight muscle or aches.

Massage glow facial with facial cups $65

​This 35-minute service balances and detoxes the skin for a clearer, brighter skin tone. First relax as a facial steam and chlorophyll based mask is applied to detox and clean the skin. Next comes a lightweight hydrating oil or moisturizer (depending on skin type) while the face is cupped with face sized cups to allow better absorption of the product. Lastly, a vitamin C serum is applied to the skin while the face is massaged with a cold stone to minimize the appearance of large pores.

Signature massage (NEW clients) 60 min. $140

This Signature massage is for NEW clients only. It includes hot stones, aromatherapy, and a customizable massage session. When booking this service, you have the choice to choose Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, or gua sha. The service already includes a travel fee as well as our 12 oz herbal massage oil for muscle relief, which is a vital part of massage after-care. Please be very specific in the intake form of any muscle imbalances or pain you may be experiencing so that I can best serve you.
